Fall Forward
Now that it is officially fall, it is a good time to re-direct your attention to technique when training. All summer you have presumably been enjoying yourself and getting out there. Now is time to be more specific. Concentrate on your weaknesses. Whenever you are out there, what ever you are doing, think about your weight being forward and you body weight should be over the middle of your foot...
